Strange charge showed up from a website I never used

My bank called me last month about a charge I didn’t recognize for $39.95. They said my debit might have been stolen. I told them it was a scam. Then yesterday I got hit with another $39.95 charge from the same place. I have no idea how to contact this company. The website is finfy.usa and it says they’re in Hollywood, CA. I never signed up for anything.
