Email about free tech donations after a death in the family

Got an email from someone using what looked like a professional government email. They said there were tech donations available for association members after a family member of the association passed away.

Said the tech items were free, but I had to pay the shipping fees. I sent them $100.00. Never got anything in return. No reply after that.

The phone number they gave was (832) 884-0804. Felt strange after I sent the money but it was too late.
