FIOS AUTO SALES IS A SCAM!

On March 6, 2026 I purchased a 1933 Ford coupe with a wire transfer to Bank Of America with Fios Auto Sales; never received car. Bank Of America notified us that they thought their client (FIOS Auto Sales) was a fraudulent business and recommended that we stop the sale. We are still waiting for Bank Of America to return our money, but they are just sitting on it now for 3 months.

Got a text about a classic car deal that seems fake

I got a text message about classic cars for sale at really low prices. It came from a phone number, (262) 624-1280. The text pointed me to a website, fiosautosales.com. The site lists an address at 467 cardinal Ln in Hartland, WI, and an email, [email protected].

The whole thing just feels off. The prices don't make sense for classic cars. I looked into it and I'm pretty sure it's a scam for an online purchase. I didn't send any money, so I didn't lose any, but they're definitely trying to trick people.

FIOS AUTO SALES is a fraudulent company. I have filed a report with both the FBI and the FCC for fraud against FIOS AUTO SALES. FIOS banks with Bank Of America and BOA notified me that their client were frauds. I'm still waiting for BOA to return my money now for the past 3 months.
