Ordered a custom radio strap for Christmas, still haven't received it

I placed a preorder for a custom radio strap from Firedepartmentleather.com back on November 1st. The deal was to pay $50 and get it by Christmas. Christmas came and went, no strap.

I've sent maybe 20 to 25 emails and chat messages. Finally got one reply saying it would ship in two weeks. Then I got another email saying I needed to complete the payment for the rest, which was $200, and then the invoice would be packaged. I paid the $200.

Three days went by with nothing. Now the order just says "awaiting from sender." I'm assuming they made a fake shipping label and it's just sitting there. All my attempts, all those emails, have been met with silence. I still haven't received the item.
