Got a job email saying I'd get paid after 18 days of training

I got this email about a job. It was from [email protected]. The whole thing felt off right away. They said I would be paid after completing 18 days of training. That just doesn't make any sense to me. Who works for 18 days without any pay?

The website they gave was Firefirstfuri.com and a phone number, (539) 232-1101. The address listed was in Canada. I didn't lose any money, but the whole setup seems like a scam. Why would a real job operate like this? It's just a weird email that popped up.
