Text and phone call about a debt I don't recognize

I got a text message that said "This is FCI, a debt collector. Please go to http://rv2.io/19f8e8b to view your statement for services provided at UPMC-Passavant." It gave a phone number 800-871-1840 and said reply STOP to unsubscribe. I didn't click the link.

About a month later I got a phone call from a local number 412-895-2807. The person on the line said they were First Credit Incorporated, a debt collection agency. I don't owe any money to UPMC or anyone else that I know of. They didn't leave any real info and I hung up.
