Signed up for health insurance on marketplace and still no cards after three months
My insurance wasn't supposed to start for a few months so I wasn't too worried about waiting for cards. But three months have gone by now. I still haven't gotten any cards or any information and they already took $307 out for my first month payment. Every time I call they give me an excuse. They say it'll be in two weeks, then two weeks again, then two weeks again. They say they'll get a hold of the company or put a rush on it. As of today I still have nothing. No cards, no information.
