Don’t do it

Was promised my dr would except their insurance. Never got an email from them. Called to cancel after finding out my doctor doesn’t take their insurance. They never stopped the payment. Have to wait 11 days to contest it with my credit card company. Called them back about it and still no email or refund. First Health acts like scammers. Don’t fall for their promises. They are completely unprofessional

Signed up for health insurance on marketplace and still no cards after three months

I went on the healthcare marketplace to find a health insurance plan. Got contacted by this company and they told me First Health PPO network was my best option. $307 a month. I thought it sounded like a pretty good deal and it seemed legit because I did go on the marketplace.

My insurance wasn't supposed to start for a few months so I wasn't too worried about waiting for cards. But three months have gone by now. I still haven't gotten any cards or any information and they already took $307 out for my first month payment. Every time I call they give me an excuse. They say it'll be in two weeks, then two weeks again, then two weeks again. They say they'll get a hold of the company or put a rush on it. As of today I still have nothing. No cards, no information.
