Ordered twice from Fitbands.shop and never got anything

We found this site online and placed an order. The items never came. Then we reordered like [censored] and it happened again. First order was #25303, second order was on 5/15/26 and confirmed as #6QV5K8R8Q.

I sent an email to general [email protected] and never got a reply. There was a link at the bottom of the email I sent: https://www.fitbands.shop/pages/contact-us?sfsltid=AtmBOooR4LhmCUZX1V1DWKqFkD6ur...⇄ Lost about $46.49 total.
