Won a box of steaks from a pop-up but got charged by a fitness subscription instead

I was just searching for meat canning recipes online and this pop-up opened up. It looked like a harmless scratch off contest. I tried it a couple times and on the second or third try it said I won a box of steaks from an over stocked warehouse. All I had to do was pay $9.95 for shipping.

So I paid it. Then I waited for an email confirmation and never got one. I did a screenshot of the page and it showed FITGNX as the business name with an order number 13988982. That's a monthly fitness subscription thing. I checked my Bank of America account and it showed a completely different company called CONNECTMOMENTUMHUBSTORE. I can't even remember the website name or any email or phone number. I feel so stupid for falling for this.
