Ordered from fitibeats and they refused to cancel before shipping

So I ordered something from fitibeats.com. Their website says they send shipping info in 1 to 3 days with a tracking number. I waited 9 days and nothing. I contacted them to cancel my order and they just gave me excuses about having issues. I told them flat out I do not want the item, do not send it.

Then 5 days after I canceled, they sent me shipping information anyway. Their site says shipping takes 7 to 12 business days but it took 20 days. It came from Franklin Park Illinois and I live in Minnesota, that's like an 8 hour drive. I asked them 3 times for an RA number and an address to send it back. They refused to give me either one and said I have to pay shipping to send it back even though I canceled 5 days before they shipped it.

Their own website says "If you aren’t satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Send your package back and get a full refund, no questions asked." But today they offered me only 25% refund. I lost $96.97.
