Ordered a fitness ring, now the company is unreachable

I ordered a fitness ring on January 31st, 2025. I have the order confirmation. After a week, there was no updated shipping info, so I tried to contact them. That's when I found out the company isn't even in the US.

I was out of town, so I followed up this week. I sent an email on Monday asking for information on my item or to just cancel and refund me. Now, as of today, all my emails go to an unknown address. The links in the confirmation emails don't work either. I can't reach anyone.

I have my order confirmation and can provide the shipping confirmation too, but none of the links are working now. I paid $56.95.
