Ordered a jacket from an Instagram page and never got it

I ordered a jacket from an Instagram page called @[censored]uuniversity back in January. I went to their website www.[censored]uuniversity.com and bought it on January 13th for 170 dollars. That was five months ago and I still haven't gotten anything.

I've emailed them at [email protected] and texted them on multiple apps. No reply at all. I looked at the comments on their page and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing. So I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
