Ordered an item online, never received it, and can't get a refund

I saw an item for sale on the Flag Medical website and I purchased it. I paid $69.98. The item never came. I've already filed a claim with my credit card company about it.

When you try to call them at (888) 995-0068, you can't talk to anyone about an order. The phone menu just tries to sell you more stuff, like personal medical devices. If you don't pick an option to buy something, the call just ends. It's impossible.

I even went to their site, flagmedical.com, and the contact just gives you that same sales number. The address listed is 2427 Club Pl in Duluth, GA. I emailed [email protected] too but got nothing back. I just want my money back for the item I never got.
