Ordered a product and tracking stopped after customs

I ordered a product from flatponder.com and they gave me a tracking number. It supposedly got to the US and made it through customs but then the tracking just stopped. They told me it was returned by the customer which didn't make any sense. Then they said it was repackaged and declared and reshipped but no tracking number and no eta.

I kept reaching out and then they say its back in Italy. They won't refund me. Still no tracking info. I reach out again and again and all I get is apologies and excuses and no answers. Then they claimed it was returned by customs again. They wont refund because they say it was reshipped but still no tracking. More excuses and lies. I still have no product and I lost $30.48.
