Ordered vitamins from a site on AOL and got charged twice

I found this site on aol.com and ordered some vitamins from FlexiMove. Within seconds they charged me double. I tried calling them but never got through to anyone. The pills finally showed up a month later.

Never got a return label from them. On the last phone call I had, they never gave me their names and just told me there's nothing they could do for me.
