Ordered cheap knee wraps then got charged way more

I ordered two knee wraps from them for 9.99. Then 4 days later they charged me 49.99 for something. I have no idea what that charge was for. No explanation or anything.

I emailed them twice at [email protected]. No response at all. Not even an automated reply or anything. Just nothing. So now I'm out 58 dollars and some change for knee wraps I didn't even ask for at that price.
