Charged twice after buying a knee strap I never got

I ordered a Flex Wrap Patellar Support Strap on March 10, 2026, for $9.99. Paid with Apple Pay. Thought it was just a one-time thing.

Then on March 16 they charged me $49.99. Then on March 18 another $149.99. I never said yes to any of that. And I still never got the original strap I ordered. So that's over $200 gone and nothing to show for it. Their website is flexwrapco.com.

Ordered a knee strap and got charged twice, never got anything

I ordered a knee strap from FlexWrapCo.com for $9.99. I never even got the item.

Then I saw another charge for $49.99 on my Apple Pay Cash. I never authorized that charge at all. So now I'm out $59.98 total and I have nothing to show for it. I tried the email they have, [email protected], but got no reply. It just doesn't make sense.
