Ordered a large model plane from Facebook and never got it

I ordered a large model aircraft from flightmodels on Facebook. I’m an aviation enthusiast so I was excited. They took my credit card money, $161, and just never shipped the item. Nothing.

I called my credit card company to stop payment and they refunded me. They’re also sending me a new card. But still. These people are just taking money and not sending anything. They need to be shut down.
