Looked for Expedia help but got charged by a fake site instead

I looked online for Expedia customer service and found a number. I really thought I was talking to them. I needed help changing the last name on my flight ticket.

They told me it would cost $400 to change it. Then I talked to their supervisor and they said they could lower it to $199. So I paid it. They said I would get my e-tickets or see the update in 24 hours. I never got anything.

So I found the real Expedia number and called them. They changed my name for free and had no clue what I was talking about when I mentioned being charged by Flighttripcharge.com. I lost $199.99.
