Paid for a float online and got nothing but a tracking number

I ordered a float from floatkingusa com and paid about 50 bucks. They sent me a tracking number and everything so I thought it was fine. But it never actually shipped. I kept checking the tracking and it just never moved. I never got the item. No package ever showed up. I tried reaching out but nobody got back to me. So I just lost my money.
