Ordered a bra from Floralsecrets, got charged extra without my okay

I saw this company Floralsecrets advertised on Facebook for months. The reviews looked good so I finally broke down and ordered a bra from them. But every time I tried to reach out to check on my order, I got ghosted. After over a month, I contacted my bank and had them reverse the charges for that first order. I filed a complaint about it, too.

Then, a week later, I actually got the order. It was nothing like what they advertised. Since I did get it, I contacted my bank again to reverse the chargeback. But then, just two days later, the same company went and recharged my credit card for an extra $34. I never got that merchandise and I never authorized that charge.

Now every time I email the company at their support address, all my emails bounce back. I can't reach them at all.
