Ordered from an online boutique and nothing ever showed up

I ordered something from Florence and Mae California, they have a website at https://florencemae-california.com/ and it looked like a real boutique based in LA. I got a confirmation email and everything. But they never shipped my stuff. I waited and waited.

I tried calling the number on their site, (812) 556-3723, but it didn't work. So I sent an email to [email protected] and it went through, but nobody ever replied back. Their address is 650 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Ste 245, Los Angeles, CA 90008 but I don't know if that's even real. I lost $100.

They say they respond within 48 hours but that's a lie. I never got my order or my money back.
