Ordered flowers online, got charged but never received them

I placed an order online thinking it was with Canada Flowers. It turns out the website is actually run by Florist.ca, which also goes by SP Flowers. They take orders for same-day or next-day flower delivery, charge your card, and send a confirmation email, but then they don't deliver anything.

I called their customer service at (888) 444-3520. They told me they tried to call but got voicemail, and that the address was incorrect or undeliverable. They said they couldn't deliver the flowers for some reason. When I asked which local florist they use, they said they were the florist themselves, not a middleman. Then they refused to give me their actual address.

They charged me $85.43 and I never got the flowers. This doesn't seem like a real company. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank.
