Ordered something that never came and they won't give my money back

I placed an order on their website FLORYNEA.COM. It said delivered but with a future date and time which didn't make any sense. The product never showed up. I checked my security cameras and there was no delivery at all.

I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would reship it. Same thing happened again. Now they won't give me a refund and they won't tell me who the courier was. They said they filed a claim with the courier but when I asked for the claim number they wouldn't give it to me. I lost $24.00.

Order number was 260603051448575.
