Bought an alarm clock from Instagram ad and still nothing

I saw this company on Instagram and bought their product. I looked into them real quick and it seemed legit so I placed an order. I got a confirmation and then another email telling me I had to reply to confirm and set in my order. That felt weird but I did it anyway.

After a few days I didn’t hear anything. Then I started seeing comments on their Instagram page from other people saying they never got their orders either. Some said they waited over a month. The email they sent me had a New York City address at the bottom but their website says they are in Philadelphia, PA. That just seems off. I paid $39.99 and never got anything.
