Ordered a nice bouquet but got cheap flowers with no card

I called the florist and picked out an arrangement I wanted to send to a sick relative. It was $80 plus $4.95 for a full sized card and then all these fees, ended up being $111.00 total. Delivery was today like I asked.

The recipient sent me a photo. It was NOT what I ordered. I ordered at least 6 roses, pink and peach with white margarites and maybe carnations and some green filler. What my daughter got was three roses, some wilted looking mums, and purple statice which is just cheap filler. And there was no full sized card in the order either.

I asked for a full refund or for them to send what I paid for. They only offered me $30 off. I am angry about the bait and switch. It makes me look like I sent a cheap bouquet to my daughter when I did not.
