Paid over $212 for funeral flowers that were never delivered
I called their number so many times and kept getting put on hold. No one would actually help me or tell me what happened. But they had no problem putting the charge through on my credit card for the full amount. I paid hundreds of dollars for nothing. The flowers were for a funeral and they never even delivered them.
Ordered birthday flowers that were never delivered, still no refund
They never came. I called at noon and they said they were out for delivery. I called again later, around 5:00 pm, and got the same story. I asked for my money back since they missed the delivery time, but they refused. The flowers were never delivered at all.
I found out later they aren't even located in her town. They say they're a local florist for whatever town you search for. They charge a $19.99 service fee but also say "free delivery." I've called and emailed asking for my $95 back and haven't heard anything.
