Misled by a fake local florist website and charged hidden fees
They said delivery was free, but then they added an $18.99 "Service Fee" at the end. That wasn't clear at all. I paid $59.99 for what was called a premium bouquet.
I've since read a lot of complaints from other people. A lot of them say the flowers never show up, or when they do, they look nothing like the expensive ones in the pictures. It seems like a scam. I'm out $91.97 total.
Ordered flowers for a funeral that were never delivered
That evening I got an email from someone named "Valery Smith." The message said they were sorry they couldn't deliver the flowers and that they'd refund my card in 3 to 5 days. But by then, I had already called my bank and froze my account because I felt like I'd been scammed. So now I don't know what's going to happen. I'm going to my bank today.
