Ordered flower seeds and got charged double but nothing arrived

I ordered some flower seeds from this website, flowershop247.shop. They said delivery would be in 7 to 12 days. It’s been over 30 days now and still nothing.

On top of that they billed me twice the price that showed up at checkout. I paid about $40 total. I just wanted some seeds for my garden. No package ever showed up. No tracking number or anything. I tried looking for a phone number or email on the site but there’s nothing real. Just a scam.
