Ordered flowers online that were never delivered

I bought flowers from flowershopping.com to be delivered to an address in Ottawa. I paid the $80 for them. They never showed up. I tried the phone number listed, 1(800) 790-4779, and the email [email protected]. Nothing. No reply, no flowers, just my money gone. The whole thing feels like a complete scam.
