Ordered pants from a website and they never showed up

I ordered pants from this company, fluttelik.com. Of course they never came. I emailed them and they said they were investigating my order. Then they said it was delivered.

But it wasn't. I did some research and I guess this is what they do. They just take people's money and then lie saying the item was delivered when it wasn't. I lost $43.37.

Ordered something three months ago and still no package

I ordered something from Fluttelik.com and it’s been almost 3 months now and the package never showed up. I checked both local post offices and nothing was there. So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask where they possibly delivered it to.

Ever since I’ve just been getting the run around. I asked for my refund and they keep trying to avoid putting the money back on my card. I lost $45.00 on this and they just keep avoiding me.

Ordered capri pants from Instagram ad and never got them

I saw this article on capri pants on Instagram and I liked them so I ordered them from their website www.Fluttelik.com. Now they are giving me a huge run around saying my order was delivered but it was not.

I have been dealing with a person called Wang Mei at [email protected] and I demanded my money back but no luck. I lost $50.00 on this.

Same here! Said person stated that I should "take the initiative and check w neighbors and USPS! I have had no problems w " porch pirates" nor w USPS not delivering items. I checked w my USPS Carrier, gave him tracking info. Neither he, nor his supervisor nor "higher up" found anything indicating they had the pkg. Nor anything that the pkg. came through the PO!

I have screenshots shots of most of the information. Checked w PayPal and filed a claim. Also told them I need guidance sending my corroboration of information. PP came back...w..."they sent tracking onfo. stating pkg. was delivered.NOT! So PayPal is not necessarily looking out for customers either. Am out about $37.00+. Lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE!
