Forced to agree to no chargeback to get my refund

I got this email from someone named Isabella at Flying Reservations. They are supposed to be refunding me $355 for a Turkish Airlines flight I booked. I lost $355 total to these people.

The email says they will put the refund back on my Visa card ending in 8032. But they are making me agree to not file any chargeback or dispute for the full $589.89 charge. That part feels wrong. I have to write back "I agree" just to get my money back.

Their number is 888-490-2876 and their website is flyingreservations.com. The address they gave is 13151 Emily Rd Ste. 135 in Dallas but then also says Salt Lake City, UT which is confusing. I just want my refund without having to sign away my rights.
