Ordered hot sauce online, never got it and no one will reply

I placed an order on Fmlhotsauce.com back on October 17th. It was for $45.99. I never got any shipping confirmation after that, nothing. The stuff just never showed up.

I tried to contact them everywhere. I sent messages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I even emailed their customer service address. No replies from anyone. It's like they just took the money and vanished.

The company is supposed to be based in Gainesville, Florida. I'm out the money and I have nothing to show for it.
