Ordered pants from Foamscu and never got them

I ordered pants through the Foamscu website. The money came out of my account, it was thirty dollars. I never got the pants. They never showed up. I tried to contact them but there's no real way to get in touch. The whole thing feels like a scam. I just want my money back or the pants I paid for.
