Ordered from an ad three months ago, never got my product

I saw an ad for Forcegear and it looked legitimate. They had a nice website with videos of people using the product, so it seemed safe to order.

That was three months ago. I still haven't received anything. But the charge for $64.94 went through on my credit card.

Now I can't even find a way to contact them to ask for a refund. The email I have is [email protected] but I don't know if it's real. I just want my money back.
