Ordered ratchet straps from a Facebook ad, never got them and the site is gone

I saw this ad on Facebook for retractable ratchet straps. I clicked it and placed my order. Right away I got a confirmation email. I paid using Shop, thinking that would be more secure. The money came out, it was $69.89.

I never got the order. When I went back and clicked on the order link to check on it, the website wasn't even available anymore. It's just gone. The email was from [email protected]. Nothing ever showed up.

Paid for ratchet straps and never got them, no response

I bought some ratchet straps from Forcegear.com through the Shop app. I paid the full amount, $64.94.

My package never showed up. I tried to contact them for an update or a refund. I used their email, [email protected]. I never got any response back.

It's been radio silence. I paid and got nothing.
