Ordered ratchet straps from Forcegear.shop, never got them and the site is gone.

I placed an order on December 16, 2025, for some retractable ratchet straps that were supposed to be Rhino USA brand. The total was $31.95. The site said my order would ship in 7 to 10 business days.

I never received anything. I tried clicking the track order link from the confirmation email, but it’s just a broken link. Now when I go to the website, forcegear.shop, it doesn’t even exist anymore. The email they used was [email protected]. There’s no way to contact them or get any answers. It feels like I just paid for nothing.
