Ordered ratchet straps that never came, no response from the company

I placed an order on forcegearshop for a two-pack of ratchet straps. That was weeks ago and I never received anything. I tried reaching out to their customer service but got no response at all.

They use something called track17 for shipping, which is from China. That seems to be a scam too, from what I can tell. I paid $35 for this order and got nothing for it. The whole thing just feels like a complete ripoff.
