Ordered a suit and now they keep trying to charge me subscription fees

I ordered a suit from ForestField Fashion. When I placed the order I made sure to uncheck the box for subscriptions and emails for offers. But they have tried to charge me subscription fees 3 times now. My bank caught it each time and declined it thank god.

I emailed them twice asking to be removed from the subscription. Then I tried calling customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes and the call just dropped as soon as I started giving my order number. The suit itself took over 2 weeks to get any shipping updates and did not arrive in time for my event.
