Paid for a cat online and then they wanted more money for shipping

I reached out to this breeder on their website foreverpawscattery.com and paid for a cat through Zelle. They sent me an email from [email protected] and everything seemed fine at first. Then the shipping company contacted me and said I needed to pay another 1100 for a climate controlled crate.

I looked up the shipper phone number and found it listed on ScamPulse.com as a scam. I already lost 1400 dollars. The address they gave is in Los Angeles, CA 90001 but I don't think it's real. I called the number (332) 251-1322 and no one picks up anymore.
