Bought tickets for a show that got cancelled and now they won't refund me

I bought 3 tickets to the San Francisco Beauty and the Beast dinner show for January 17th, 2026. Then on January 12th, just 5 days before, they cancelled it. I emailed them right away that day and have just been getting the run around ever since.

Their website is www.forknfilm.com and they have an address at 151 S Olive st Apt 3702 in Los Angeles, CA 90012. I also have their email [email protected]. I lost $614.97 on this.

I've reported this to every agency I can think of and posted on social media too. After seeing how many other people got scammed the same way, I can't just let it go. Still fighting this.
