Paid for passport renewals but money went to a fake site

I was renewing my passport and my husband’s passport. We filled out the DS application on this site and it told us the passports were 150.07 each to renew. So I paid with my debit card and sent everything to the processing center in PA.

Then they both got returned. They told me I didn’t pay for the passports. I called my bank and made a dispute and thats where we are now. I got scammed. Their website was FORM-FILE.COM and the address they had was in NY, USA. I lost 314 dollars total.
