Lost $12,000 through Cash App to formaxoptionstrade.com

I got scammed out of $12,000 through Cash App and this website formaxoptionstrade.com. I sent the money through Cash App. They told me if I sent a 10% withdrawal fee, I would get 10% of my investment back.

I never received my investment. They stole over $12,000 from me. Then they asked me to send more money, about $5,215 more, to get my investment. They said I would then get a code to get my money. I never received my investment or any of the money.

They gave me an address where my investment was supposedly waiting in cash. The address is Bay Express at 117 Lauriston Pl, Edinburgh, EH3 9JG, United Kingdom. The phone number was 252 244 7166. Nothing was ever there.
