Got a text saying I won 44 million dollars and need to pay a fee

I got this text message out of nowhere. It says I'm the fortunate winner of 44 million dollars. The message says I have to pay 1 million forward to get the prize.

It came from a phone number: (929) 825-7405. I never entered any sweepstakes or lottery. This just feels like a scam to get money from people. They're asking for a huge fee upfront for a prize I didn't even sign up for.
