Photographer took money for baby shower and then blocked me

I hired a photographer from Fotodrese to take pictures and video at a baby shower. They showed up to the event like normal and I paid them $250. But they never gave me any of the photos or video. Now they blocked me from everything. Their number is (452) 286-6050 and their email is [email protected]. I think they are based out of Philadelphia, PA.

I tried to reach out but no reply. Just blocked. So I have nothing to show for the money I spent. It was supposed to be a special day and now I have no pictures or anything.
