Signed back up for Found weight loss and got charged extra with no refund
I signed up for the Found weight loss program from found.com. It was $199 for the first month, then $299 every month after. That included talking to the doctor and the pills for 30 days. I was on it for three months and then I stopped because of money.
Three weeks later I decided I still needed it, so I signed back up. But when I came back they told me the medicine I was on wasn't available anymore. They referred me to a name brand called Wegovy. I didn't know I was going to have to pay another startup fee of $150, plus pay $149 for the medication for the first month. Then it would go up to $299 for the service and another $299 for the pills the next month.
I took the new medicine and after one day I started getting a rash on my face. By day three it was really bad. So on day four I contacted them. They said they would cancel my subscription, but I already lost the chance for a refund. They only give you three days. I didn't know I was allergic until day three. They refuse to give me my $300 back.
