Donated a car to Foundations Warriors and still no tax paper

I donated my car to this group called Foundations Warriors, they said it was for Veterans. They took the car but it took them a while to even come pick it up. Now it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten any paper back for my taxes.

The phone number they gave is (313) 284-7893 and they said their website is 2t.com but I don't know. They are supposedly in Michigan. I gave them a car worth about a thousand dollars and now I have nothing to show for it. No proof of donation or anything.
