Job offer for virtual assistant asked for my SSN and bank info

Someone named Richard Cliff reached out to me about a virtual assistant job. We talked through Microsoft Teams. They sent me a form to fill out through email that asked for my Social Security number, my checking account details, my address, all that stuff.

Then they emailed me a check for "Supplies" and told me to print it out and do a mobile deposit through my bank. That’s when I figured out it was a scam. Now I’m trying to take steps so nobody steals my identity or gets into my bank account. I attached a photo of the job offer email they sent.
