Ordered shorts online and never got them or my money back

I ordered some shorts from a website, I think it was through a QR code or something. The email they used was [email protected]. I paid $65 for them.

Never got the shorts. Tried to get my money back but nothing. They just took my money and that was it. I don't know what else to do. The phone number they had was (720) 435-2728.
