Phone call saying I missed a court summons from Franklin County

Got a call from someone saying they were from Franklin Co Civil Court. They told me an attempt to serve me was returned by mail and I needed to appear in court. Said to contact a case representative named Sandra Lee at 888-434-0592.

I didn't give them any info but it felt off. No paperwork or anything. Just a phone call out of nowhere saying I had to show up. The number is from Columbus, Ohio. I haven't lost any money but this whole thing didn't sit right with me.
